What You’ll DoRepair & Maintain Equipment: Work on pumps, motors, conveyors, palletizers, filling/packaging machines, gearboxes, valves, tanks, and more.Use a Variety of Tools: From hand tools (wrenches, drills, saws) to precision instruments and electrical testing devices.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.Support Production: Collaborate with line operators to adjust equipment for different packaging formats.Boost Efficiency: Analyze performance data and apply Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce downtime.Troubleshoot & Repair: Quickly identify and fix issues to minimize disruption.Project Work: Assist with small capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Safety & Communication: Follow safety protocols and keep your team informed during shift hand-offs.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3+ years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment (preferred).Skills:Mechanical & electrical aptitudePreventive maintenance & troubleshootingCalibration & repair of industrial machineryFamiliarity with gearboxes, motors, and tools (hand & power)Basic math skillsTop Traits for SuccessMechanically inclinedStrong problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented communicatorDetail-focused and safety-conscious

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
