We are seeking a reliable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and machines. Will be responsible for identifying faulty equipment, making relevant adjustments to machinery, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining technical knowledge to enhance their skill set.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and repair faulty equipment and machinery.Perform maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance as assigned.Communicate clearly with the team and management.Stay informed on industry developments and attend off-campus training to improve skills.Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Conduct inventory and stock checks for necessary materials and parts.Collect and analyze data for written reports.Attend daily meetings and schedule training workshops as required.Source replacement parts and liaise with vendors.Control downtime by communicating with staff and implementing contingency measures.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Skills/Qualifications:Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Proficiency in using hand tools and PLC troubleshooting.Mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering discipline or a minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.Excellent communication skills.Critical and logical thinking ability.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Why Work Here?

Work in a nice, newer, temperature-controlled, and clean food manufacturing plant. The facility supports an 8-hour shift schedule and prioritizes a safe and efficient work environment.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
