Job Description
Support the maintenance, operation, and repair of all production-related systems and equipment. Ensure that all preventative maintenance is performed at the appropriate interval and completed by assigned due dates. Maintain equipment in its designed and/or validated state to maximize availability and perform work in accordance with SOPs and equipment manufacturer service guidelines. Address mechanical breakdowns, equipment adjustments, and change-outs promptly. Maintain assigned equipment areas in a constant state of inspection-readiness, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with cGMP requirements. Coordinate with contractors on repairs, modifications, and installations of production equipment. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on new system installations or modifications. Assist in facility modification, capacity expansion, and efficiency improvement projects.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance at appropriate intervals and ensure completion by due dates.Keep equipment in its designed and/or validated state to maximize availability.Address mechanical breakdowns and perform equipment adjustments promptly.Maintain equipment areas in a state of inspection-readiness, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and cGMP compliance.Coordinate with contractors on production equipment repairs, modifications, and installations.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on new system installations or modifications.Assist in facility modification, capacity expansion, and efficiency improvement projects.Report damage or potential problems with equipment or grounds in a timely manner.Inform supervisor of project status and request assistance when necessary.Start work, attend meetings on time, complete tasks in a timely manner, and work overtime as required.Suggest ideas, discover new ways of accomplishing goals, and find innovative solutions to problems.Essential SkillsProficient in mechanical maintenance and repair of production equipment.Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and performing equipment adjustments.Ability to perform preventative maintenance according to schedule and standards.Familiarity with cGMP compliance.Experience with facilities equipment and utilities maintenance.Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical degree or certificate preferred.Preferred in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Food manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $70720.00/yr.
