Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 3rd shift. This direct placement role offers you the opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise in a dynamic environment where you will perform various maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical issues. ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of mechanical maintenance.Troubleshoot mechanical problems, focusing on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Conduct maintenance on conveyors, mechanical equipment, motors, and gearboxes.Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repair and maintenance.Install replacement parts and fabricate new parts as needed.Setup and operate machine shop tools, including mills and lathes.Essential SkillsMechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.Machine repair expertise.Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in welding and manual machining.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferably hold a maintenance associate degree, but not required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine shop setting, preferably with mills and lathes.Must have steel toe boots and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.If no degree, 3-5 years of experience required, with strong job tenure.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $64064.00 - $64064.00/yr.

-They award \"bonus\" days for perfect attendance. You can earn 1 bonus day for every 4 months of perfect attendance (up to 3 days per year - these are PAID days off).

3 yrs - 2 weeks vacation
