**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **$30-$35/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong understanding in repairing manufacturing machinery. This role offers the opportunity for overtime hours and requires a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks and responding to trouble calls. + Troubleshoot problems using schematics and wiring diagrams for motor and heater circuits, ranging from low voltage to 480v three-phase. + Remove and replace defective parts from equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. + Effectively communicate with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs. + Make entries to the maintenance log, detailing problems encountered, repairs made, and parts used or needed. + Maintain company tools, ensuring they are put away and in working order. + Fabricate repair parts, machine guarding, mezzanines, etc., using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, and grinders. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance management + Repair + Supervision + Maintenance supervision + Troubleshooting + Electrical + Maintenance technician + Preventive maintenance + Schematic reading + Mechanical skills **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy comprehensive health care benefits, including dental and vision coverage, as well as vacation pay and a 401k plan.
