**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** 📍 _Location: Wilsonville, Oregon_ 🕒 _Shifts Available: Swing (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) | Grave (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)_ **About the Role** We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our client's production team in Wilsonville. In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to keeping our equipment running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges, we want to hear from you. **What You’ll Do** + Perform preventive maintenance: disassemble, clean, reassemble, and calibrate mechanical systems. + Diagnose equipment issues using test results, error messages, and operator feedback. + Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery and components. + Repair and replace defective parts, including 3-phase motors, servos, and control circuits. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and resolve control system malfunctions. + Weld and fabricate metal parts for repairs and new equipment builds. + Test and verify machinery performance after repairs. + Maintain accurate records of parts used and request replacements as needed. + Support operators by demonstrating equipment functions. + Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned. **What You Bring** + 3+ years of experience in maintenance or technical training + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Welding and fabrication experience. + Background in production maintenance is a plus. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a family-oriented team with long-term employees and a strong sense of community. + Work in a facility investing in modern equipment to make your job easier. + Enjoy a full benefits package including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid Vacation and Holidays + Employee Discounts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
