Maintenance Mechanic
**Maintenance Mechanic – Full-Time** **Location:** Fresno, CA **Pay:** Starting at $20.13/hour (negotiable based on how many tools you can name without Googling) **Shift:** All shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed **About the Role:** Are you the kind of person who hears a weird noise and _has_ to find out what’s causing it? Do you believe duct tape is a last resort, not a first solution? We’re looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who can keep our equipment running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter. You’ll be the go-to fixer-upper for everything from pumps to pasteurizers, working under the guidance of our Maintenance Foreman (who’s actually pretty cool). **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Diagnose and repair production equipment (pumps, pasteurizers, evaporators, stills, valves—you name it) + Maintain support systems like boilers, compressors, and refrigeration units + Handle chemicals safely (no Breaking Bad vibes, we promise) + Fabricate parts and equipment like a mechanical MacGyver + Perform electrical work (480V, 3-phase systems) + Weld using MIG and TIG methods + Repair pumps and operate machine shop tools **What You Bring to the Table:** + High school diploma or GED (required) + At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic + Valid driver’s license (because teleportation isn’t an option yet) + Experience with MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, and instrumentation + Journeyman Fabricator certification is a plus **Skills That’ll Make You Shine:** + Mechanical troubleshooting + Electrical systems (3-phase) + Welding and fabrication + Equipment maintenance and repair If you’re ready to join a team that values your skills, appreciates your jokes (most of them), and gives you room to grow, apply now.
