**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves providing preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installing new equipment, and supporting process improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities** + Optimize safety and minimize risk by following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and wearing required PPE. + Read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics, PLCs, blueprints, machine manuals, and comply with all OSHA, state, and township codes. + Maintain baseline knowledge in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and welding. + Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and buildings to minimize aging effects and maintain PM logs. + Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and problem-solve to restore service, interacting with operators and vendors. + Fabricate, install, move, and validate the operation of new equipment and modifications, and train operators. + Support process improvement and engineering projects. + Keep work areas neat, clean, and orderly. + Be available for on-call duties. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma required. + 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required. + Strong mechanical inclination and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in CNC, blueprint reading, and interpretation. + Troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, and preventive maintenance. + Ability to understand and work with schematics and 3-phase electrical systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy immediate benefits upon hire, including company-provided prescription safety eyewear, protective footwear, and a subsidized uniform program.
