Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines in a fast-paced packaging environment. Your role will involve both mechanical and electrical tasks, including working with 3 phase motors.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to keep lines running efficiently.Conduct preventive maintenance on bagger machines and other equipment.Repair and replace defective parts as necessary to ensure operational continuity.Collaborate with team members to address production challenges and improve processes.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude with experience in packaging and bagger machines.Basic electrical knowledge, including working with 3 phase motors.Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems effectively.2-3+ years of maintenance experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced production environment.Proficiency in preventive maintenance techniques.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work alongside a team of 20-30 production staff in a facility where steel toes or safety shoes are required. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and most Fridays, or from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM Monday through Thursday and most Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmers Branch, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
