Industrial Maintenance Mechanic:Direct Hire Placement with the company with benefits and insurance3rd Shift: 5:00pm-5:00am (will train on 1st shift 5:00am-5:00pm for 4-6 weeks before moving to 3rd shift). Will work 5 days a week, 60 hours with 2 off days Pay range based on experience and aptitude test score is $30-37 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential once on 3rd shiftPerform both preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment Roughly 50% mechanical 50% electrical repairsMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery and equipment such as proofers, ovens, mixers, flower systems, baggers, wrappers, high speed packaging, fillers, metal detectors, labeling machines, pumps, and compressorsWill also be responsible for general facilities maintenance as well (lighting, plumbing, painting, etc.)Utilizing blueprints and schematics Performing MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel (Majority TIG)(Willing to train) Using grinders, saws, drill presses, mills, and lathes to fabricate partsTroubleshooting and repairing 12volt-480volt electrical systems, replacing 3 phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, fuses, photo eyes, sensors, switches, etc.Working with both pneumatic and hydraulic equipmentOiling, lubrication, and replacement of belts, bearings, chains, sprockets, shafts, rollers, and gearboxesFollow GMPs, PPE, and Lockout/TagoutSetup and changeover production lines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
