Job Description
We are seeking an experienced specialist in the Facilities Industrial Repair & Maintenance field. The successful candidate will apply their acquired job skills along with our company's policies and procedures to effectively complete assigned tasks. You will work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but may occasionally require deviation from standard practices. This role typically follows established procedures for routine work and requires guidance only for new tasks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns of production equipment.Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.Fabricate necessary machine parts and assemble machines when required.Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance activities.Mechanically repair conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders.Essential Skills5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience (60% mechanical, 40% electrical).Experience in metals is preferred.Proficiency in fabrication and industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair.Competency in basic welding and cutting procedures.Ability to correctly use machinist measurement tools.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment mechanically.Possess a positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in PLC and electrical troubleshooting.Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm. You will work in an industrial setting operating and maintaining machines such as conveyors, screw machines, and presses. The position requires wearing steel-toed boots, and you have the option to purchase uniforms.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
