**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, working on pumps, gearboxes, changing valves, identifying electrical issues, and checking hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will also work with ovens, fans, blowers, and use hand and power tools provided by the company. You will be part of a maintenance team of six, working both independently and collaboratively with the production team and shop managers to establish schedules and complete daily duties. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily preventative maintenance (PMs). + Work on pumps, gearboxes, and change valves. + Identify and resolve electrical issues. + Inspect and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Work with ovens, fans, and blowers. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Collaborate with the production team and shop managers to coordinate schedules and daily tasks. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience as a maintenance technician. + Mechanical repair expertise. + Preventive maintenance knowledge. + Proficiency with hand tools. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + PLC troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fabrication and welding experience is a plus. + Experience in industrial maintenance. + Familiarity with conveyors, motors, pumps, gears, and valves. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers great benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401K match. We have approximately 30 employees working across three shifts. The facility includes multiple large ovens, conveyors, duct work, and other small equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a full-time position based out of Bridgewater, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
