Aerotek is currently hiring for maintenance mechanics in the Landover, MD area! Qualified candidates will be able to perform the following duties:

Job Description:

Experience in reading/interpreting hydraulic prints, pneumatic diagrams, electrical ladder diagrams, blueprints, technical manuals, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical troubleshooting equipmentWorking knowledge of installation/wiring of all types of motors, inspection of bearings, drives, gearboxes, pulleys, and drive items; machine controls and circuits; electrical controls/circuits; troubleshooting techniques for ammonia refrigeration equipment; and shop equipmentPerform mechanical maintenance and repairs to conveyors, gear boxes, pumps, cappers, fillers, labelers, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Variable frequency drives and Servomotor knowledge/trouble shootingExperience working on drives, motors, conveyors, belts, etc.Thorough knowledge and experience in plant maintenanceElectrical and PLC experience is preferred

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
