Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance work on various types of machinery and equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal functionality. You will work collaboratively with fellow maintenance technicians to maximize repair efficiency and perform daily preventative maintenance duties. The position requires the ability to lift 50lbs throughout the day and may involve assisting with electrical and fabrication responsibilities. The role also includes working with hydraulic and pneumatic components and supervising seasonal staff.
ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance work on various types of machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians to maximize repair efficiency.Perform daily preventative maintenance duties on equipment.Lift and carry up to 50lbs throughout the day.Assist with electrical and fabrication responsibilities as needed.Work with hydraulic and pneumatic components.Supervise seasonal staff during their employment period.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting skills.Experience as a maintenance technician.Welding and metal fabrication skills.Knowledge of industrial maintenance and machinery.Mechanical skills with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to perform preventive maintenance.Understanding of schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in a similar industry.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is ideal.Fabrication is advantageous, making it easier to learn mechanical skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is set in a factory with food production GMP opportunities. The position is ideally full-time nights, but there is flexibility for day shifts if needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
