**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will maintain and troubleshoot production machines and facilities. This role is responsible for day-to-day maintenance tasks and identifying and resolving issues with production machines and plant equipment. The position is part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, contributing to innovation and improvement in the customer experience. **Responsibilities** + Maintain production machines and facilities. + Execute preventative maintenance activities and scheduled items promptly. + Engage proactively with the production team to monitor and maintain all equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues on machines, operating lines, raw storage units, and forklifts. + Identify complex technical problems and report them to the Maintenance Lead. + Run and analyze manufacturing execution systems (MES) reports. + Open and close job orders and work paths. + Monitor key parts inventory to ensure parts and tools are readily available. + Respond to reactive maintenance and equipment issues in a timely manner. + Perform maintenance activities during production and tooling changeovers. + Support meeting or exceeding standard production efficiencies on all production lines. **Essential Skills** + Experience maintaining and troubleshooting food manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, and packing machinery. + Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. + Intermediate computer skills. + Creating documentation and procedures and training others on maintenance processes. + Maintaining and tracking parts inventory of high-demand items. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with High Pressure Processing (HPP) is preferred. + Tig welding experience is beneficial. + Minimum education requirement: High School diploma. + Minimum relevant experience: 5+ years in maintenance of food manufacturing. + Preferred experience: Hyperbaric experience or High Pressure Pasteurization experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values innovation and improvement, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
