Hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Lancaster, PA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team, responsible for setting up and maintaining various machines. You will be working with both older and newer machinery, ensuring they function optimally.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

Set up machines and change out tooling based on production needs.Complete daily maintenance checks on machines.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery.Adjust and align machine parts as necessary.Replace defective parts of machinery when required.Work with tools such as micrometers, calipers, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Adhere to OSHA Lockout-Tagout requirements.

Essential Skills

Strong mechanical ability.Industrial electrical knowledge.Experience with 240V/480V and 3-phase motors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
