Job Description

As a maintenance mechanic you will install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining mechanical systems and involve the use of a variety of hand and power tools. You may be expected to assemble, inspect, install and test new pieces of equipment to ensure they are in good working order. You will need to troubleshoot and perform emergency repairs when something malfunctions.

To be successful in this role you should have a practical mind, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail as well as be able to ensure that machinery and equipment are in excellent operating condition. Job Tasks:

Complete and perform maintenance repairs/work ordersSchedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipmentInspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspectionsUse a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functionsWork effectively with other team members in a loud environmentBoiler maintenance and troubleshooting including: safety, functionality, and controlsAdvanced system troubleshooting both mechanical and electricalProvides excellent internal customer serviceSet up and installation of high speed mechanical sealsTroubleshoot and repair electrical circuit issues, electro-pneumatic systems, control systems, motor control circuits,Complete and record required daily wastewater tests

Experience:
