**Job Title: Maintenance Manager - DIRECT HIRE 1st Shift** **Responsibilities** + Manage work assignments for a team of 6 maintenance technicians, 3 fabricators, and a maintenance supervisor. + Provide daily preventive maintenance tasks to the team. + Maintain an accurate inventory of critical spare parts for the facility. + Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to reduce operating costs and increase efficiencies. + Utilize performance metrics to inform and shape activities that drive efficiency and cost reduction. + Participate in weekly plant meetings with the production team. + Oversee preventive maintenance on sprayers, rail systems for production, and racks used in production. + Handle purchase orders and explore opportunities to convert paper processes electronically. **Essential Skills** + 1 year+ of maintenance management experience + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience + High school diploma or GED + Experience with Microsoft Office + Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge + PLC troubleshooting + Blueprint reading + Preventive maintenance and repair skills **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including 10 paid holidays, vacation time starting with 1 week after 6 months and 2 weeks after 1 year, 70% paid benefits, and a 401k match from day one. Employees receive 10 paid holidays, 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year. Will be eligible for 70% paid benefits and 401k match day 1.
