**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations personnel and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. This role involves diagnosing mechanical problems, dismantling and reassembling plant and machinery equipment, and assisting in the selection and installation of replacement equipment. You will construct replacement parts to specification, evaluate cost and inventory control, conduct safety inspections for OSHA, EPA, and company compliance, and utilize a CMMS program. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, and electronic malfunctions on plant machinery and related equipment. + Install PLC and electrical circuits following blueprints and schematic diagrams, and design and install electrical/electronic circuit diagrams as needed. + Inspect and repair circuits and wiring for specified shielding and grounding, and rewire systems according to building codes and safety regulations. + Plan and install conduit runs, and repair PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of electrical and electronic equipment. + Implement a preventive maintenance program with proper documentation. + Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions. + Dismantle and reassemble plant and machinery equipment. + Assist in selection and installation of replacement equipment. + Fabricate replacement parts to specification. + Perform safety inspections for OSHA, EPA, and company compliance. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of previous industrial PLC and electrician experience. + Ability to conduct electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and conveyor system diagnoses. + Experience with root-cause analysis and implementing solutions. + Knowledge of industrial maintenance, electrical work, and management. + Familiarity with safety procedures and ethical conduct. + Ability to read and decipher blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a similar manufacturing environment with similar equipment. + Ownership of tools necessary for the job. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits and vacation days, a 401K plan, and opportunities for movement within a large company. **Work Environment** You will work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment, both inside and outside.
