Maintenance Manager
Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Wildwood, FLSchedule & PayMonday–Friday, 7AM–5PMPay: $80K–$100KDirect PlacementJob Description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations within the facility, leading a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving the maintenance program with a strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance. This role requires at least 8 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive improvements in equipment uptime and overall plant reliability.

You will conduct root‑cause analysis, develop corrective action plans, and implement strategies to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include managing spare‑parts inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. You will also maintain documentation, training materials, and performance reports for the maintenance department.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
