Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and equipment reliability efforts at a high-volume fulfillment center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical work history and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting MHE (conveyors, sorters, robotics) and execute preventive maintenance programs.Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital projects.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Develop and coach technicians, managing contractors and vendors.Handle conflict resolution and team dynamics.Plan and control budgets, including capital expenditure.Implement safety programs and conduct audits.

Essential Skills

Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.Proficiency in conveyor maintenance, automation, and control systems.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs.Experience in budget planning and cost control.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.Proficiency in CMMS, AutoCAD, and data analysis tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams.Skilled in coaching and developing technicians.Capable of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools.Strong communication and project management abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $111000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
