Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** Oversee maintenance of processing and packaging equipment, utilities, and automation systems. Lead maintenance, planning, and storeroom teams to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with Production to schedule preventative maintenance and minimize downtime. Build and develop world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams. Manage outside contractors for installations and projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Drive safety initiatives and enforce compliance with all safety requirements. Develop and implement measures to improve equipment performance and resolve technical issues, providing sustainable solutions. Maintain accurate time and maintenance records; manage departmental budgets. Lead small-scale capital projects, including contractor management and commissioning. Act as a contributing member of the site's Food Safety Team and ensure HACCP compliance.
