Maintenance Manager
Our client, a leader in the fresh and frozen food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Anacortes, WA Pay Range: $130,000 to $140,000 depending on experience What’s the Job? • Lead and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities and reliability programs. • Oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production. • Drive capital expense planning and manage maintenance projects. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and CMMS processes. • Collaborate with plant leadership to improve asset reliability and manufacturing processes.
