**Maintenance Supervisor – Direct Hire Opportunity** Location: Jacksonville, FL Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on interview and skillset) Shift: Primarily First Shift; occasional coverage of other shifts required **About the Role:** We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5–25 employees in a fast-paced, high-temperature manufacturing environment. This direct placement opportunity offers immediate employment with a company that values its workforce and provides outstanding benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** + Schedule and coordinate maintenance programs to minimize production impact + Evaluate and order replacement parts as needed + Lead diagnostic troubleshooting and oversee quality of repairs + Maintain preventative maintenance programs using manuals and PC-based tools + Review technician work orders for accuracy and completeness + Analyze production reports and work orders to improve operations + Collaborate with production management and line personnel to optimize equipment usage + Maintain cleaning schedules for plant and machinery + Monitor machine performance and energy usage to control costs + Develop contingency plans for work interruptions **Work Environment:** This is a hot facility with smoldering aluminum in the casting area and extensive automated machinery.
