**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** Job Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a team of technicians. This role requires a strong technical leadership skills, and a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities + Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics. + Schedule and assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety compliance. + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently. + Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. + Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, parts, and equipment. + Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies. + Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and vendor contracts. + Lead facility improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and installations. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support operational goals. Essential Skills + 4+ years of maintenance experience in a meat processing company. + 2+ years of experience as a maintenance manager. + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Troubleshooting 3-phase power systems. + Experience with motors, VFDs, and control panels. + Working knowledge of conveyor systems, gearboxes, bearings, and line changeovers. + Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics, including reading pneumatic schematics and troubleshooting valves, cylinders, and air systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing / GMP. + 1+ year of experience in TIG welding. + EPA / HVAC certification. + Spanish language skills. Why Work Here?
