Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance systems. The role involves managing labor costs, utilities, and repair materials while identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance systems.Manage labor costs, utilities, and repair materials effectively.Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.Be available on-call for a 24/7 facility.Ensure smooth process flow and manage capital projects.

Essential Skills

Experience in maintenance management and supervision.Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience in industrial maintenance with a supervisory or managerial experience.Leadership and organizational development credentials, such as a Master’s degree in Leadership, are a plus.

Work Environment

The position operates within a union environment and requires availability for 1st shift hours, from 7 to 5 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed in a 24/7 facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
