**Maintenance Manager | Up to 130k to start** Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This management role primarily focuses on strategic oversight with occasional hands-on involvement as needed. The ideal candidate will manage work assignments, ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed, and contribute to reducing operating costs while enhancing efficiencies. Responsibilities + Manage work assignments for the team and provide daily preventative maintenance tasks. + Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce operating costs and increase efficiencies. + Analyze performance metrics related to plant operations and use data to shape activities. + Participate in weekly plant meetings with the production team. + Create a preventative maintenance schedule for maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments. + Develop plans to decrease downtime in operations. + Oversee a team of 25 employees, including maintenance staff, mechanical engineers, supervisors, and planners. + Troubleshoot PLC systems and assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die when necessary. Essential Skills + High school diploma or GED. + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 8+ years of maintenance management/supervision experience. + Experience in plastics/injection molding. + Proficiency with MS Office programs. + Experience with CMMS integration. + Understanding of MTTB and MTBF. Benefits will start day 1 for salary. Offers health ,dental, vision and HSA.
