**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate and direct operational activities within the Maintenance department. Your role will involve managing department budgets, scheduling, planning, and ensuring efficient manpower utilization. You will also be responsible for implementing effective quality systems, training and developing human resources, administering plant policies and procedures, and promoting continual improvement. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain the safety, health, and environmental programs in your area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate with Production managers to ensure machine availability for maintenance activities.
+ Communicate with the Production Material Control Planner to assess the feasibility of shutting down lines.
+ Coordinate modifications, fabrications, process changes, and training issues with the Engineering department.
+ Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and technicians during maintenance activities.
+ Monitor equipment activities and communicate with all departments.
+ Direct predictive and productive maintenance programs, including tool wear optimization, fluid analysis, infrared monitoring, and vibration analysis.
+ Oversee building maintenance activities, including coordinating with outside contractors.
+ Participate in the hiring process and conduct performance evaluations for Maintenance Department employees.
+ Identify training needs and coordinate training activities.
+ Approve requisitions and monitor costs for each cost center.
+ Facilitate on-site and off-site training and develop electrical, electronic, and hydraulic skills among department employees.
+ Perform Tiered Safety Audits and support incident investigations.
+ Ensure all direct reports follow safety rules and support risk assessments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and maintenance management.
+ Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, troubleshooting, repair, and blueprint reading.
+ Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sedalia, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sedalia,MO.
