Maintenance Manager
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager with automotive manufacturing experience to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead and oversee all maintenance operations as well as ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Location: Lancaster, OH** **Pay Rate: Pay is up to $145k (Will be dependent on experience level)** **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts. + Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Coordinate maintenance activities with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. **Requirements** + Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. + Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, robotics, and automated systems. + Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
