Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Maintenance Team Management or Supervisory roles. The ideal candidate should have led a team of at least three individuals in a past maintenance leadership position and have experience working in buildings with ammonia. Basic welding skills are also required.

ResponsibilitiesLift, push, and pull products weighing up to fifty pounds from confined spaces and occasionally lift products overhead.Stand, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to perform maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues swiftly and efficiently.Set up and change out various machine lines.Read and follow blueprints accurately.Manage time effectively to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.Experience with pneumatics and programmable logic controllers.Ability to pass a post-offer drug test, alcohol screening, and physical exam.Additional Skills & QualificationsHVAC experience.Ammonia handling experience.Electrical experience with 3 phase 480 volt systems.Hydraulic experience.Basic welding skills (Mig/Tig/Stick).Plumbing skills.Experience leading teams of 10+ people in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in the dairy sector.Why Work Here?

This is a Permanent position based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Employee owned and only $9.90 up to $60.80 for family coverage.
They offer full-time schedules, life insurance, short-term disability, and pension. You'll also enjoy paid time off, 9 paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick days.
