Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Compensation- $89,000-97,000 annual salary

Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of liftgates, renowned for our innovative, high-quality solutions. Our facility is based in Woodbine, Iowa, and is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, including welding, paint, and fabrication. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team and lead our maintenance department, which consists of four skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in automation and maintenance of metal manufacturing equipment, such as presses, cranes, welding bays, and paint booths.

ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and supervise maintenance employees.Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all repairs.Oversee maintenance of office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.Plan maintenance schedules for building systems.Essential Skills3+ years of maintenance management experience.Extensive knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.Ability to track and report on maintenance activities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.Excellent management and supervisory skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS, and inventory software.Familiarity with word processing software.Why Work Here?
