Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to managing a team of 10-15 technicians. You will be responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, cutting machines, and assisting other machine operators as needed. **Responsibilities** + Manage and lead a team of 10-15 maintenance technicians. + Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, and cutting machines. + Assist machine operators with troubleshooting and repairs. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including work with 480v motors and three-phase systems. + Handle mechanical tasks such as hydraulics and pneumatics maintenance. + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and industrial control panels. + Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Experience with 480v motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting. + 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a heavy industrial control panel shop is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits and a 401K matching program while working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. The position offers the flexibility of direct placement or contract-to-hire depending on the candidate. **Work Environment** Work hours are 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays. You will be part of a team of 300 in a production and warehouse environment. Steel toe shoes are required.
