**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead a team of mechanical + electrical technicians. This role involves performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on automated equipment, as well as developing preventative maintenance schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering materials, communicating with vendors, and ensuring that maintenance and production goals are met. Additionally, you will manage operational and capital expenditure projects and budgets, and analyze key performance indicators across the maintenance function. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on automated equipment. + Create and manage preventative maintenance schedules. + Order materials and communicate effectively with vendors. + Lead a team of approximately 20 direct reports, including maintenance technicians and operators. + Ensure maintenance and production goals and schedules are met. + Build, monitor, and manage operational and capital expenditure projects and budgets. + Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across the maintenance function. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor/manager within a manufacturing plant. + Bachelor's degree. + Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs + Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, motors/drives, and electrical components such as contractors, starters, relays, and switches. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in maintenance supervision and management. + Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). + Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting. + Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy highly competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including FREE medical insurance or an option for a competitive plan with minimal contributions and no deductibles.
