**Pay:** $119,000 - $136,000 **Location:** Dover, NJ
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment within the Dover Casting Site and oversee all building and grounds activities. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of maintenance personnel to achieve plant objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage the maintenance department, overseeing approximately 40 employees.
+ Interview and hire maintenance personnel as needed to build a competitive team.
+ Oversee building maintenance and operational programs.
+ Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules, timely repairs, training, and implementation of TPM, maintaining a safe work environment.
+ Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
+ Coordinate maintenance activities within individual departments to minimize production schedule interference.
+ Handle the overall budget for the Maintenance department.
+ Ensure the efficiency of all building systems.
+ Manage facilities planning and space allocation.
+ Oversee maintenance of grounds.
+ Ensure safety for manufacturing and maintenance personnel.
+ Train all department employees.
+ Evaluate employee and equipment performance.
+ Coordinate Maintenance/Facilities projects.
+ Develop and supervise Team Leaders.
+ Ensure adherence to company policy.
+ Coordinate and review external contract services for projects and repairs.
+ Oversee the purchase of materials, spare parts, etc., as needed.
+ Summarize monthly maintenance activities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to present organized information.
+ Ability to supervise and manage others effectively.
+ Hands-on self-starter with initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
+ Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, occasionally.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
+ Must be a US citizen to meet Export Control Regulations.
+ Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment in an electrician role.
+ PLC experience is a plus.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints.
+ Capability to communicate program details and tasks to operators.

The pay range for this position is $119000.00 - $136000.00/yr.
