**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** The Maintenance Manager will oversee a team of 12-15 technicians across two different shifts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of manufacturing assets and facilities, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and direct maintenance associates, establishing maintenance schedule priorities. + Maintain manufacturing assets and facility, manage parts inventory, monitor purchase orders, approve invoices, and manage the department budget. + Conduct performance and skill evaluations for direct and indirect reports. + Drive maintenance and reliability initiatives, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance. + Coordinate external inspections, manage projects, ensure personnel safety, and perform other duties as required. + Manage and establish maintenance procedures for production lines in a food/OTC manufacturing environment to ensure production meets performance and efficiency standards. + Maintain compliant safety standards and promote a safety-focused culture. + Develop mechanic skills through training meetings, one-on-one development sessions, and external technical skills training. + Set and maintain the departmental budget, review financial statements, and monitor production line efficiencies and labor costs. + Participate in designing and developing future production capacities by attending design meetings and coordinating with research and development. + Responsible for maintaining food safety and quality systems as assigned. + Must be able to work a flexible schedule. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a maintenance manager for 3-5 years. + Proficiency in maintenance management and supervision. + Strong mechanical skills and experience with preventive maintenance. + Ability to interpret blueprints and manage packaging machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prefer a bachelor's degree. + Experience in maintenance management within a food/OTC manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** This position offers direct placement with comprehensive benefits, including 401k matching, vision, dental, medical coverage, and paid time off. **Work Environment** Join a team of 100-150 in production.
