**Job Description** The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement programs. This role involves managing a team of 25 employees and ensuring that daily preventative maintenance tasks are completed. The position requires minimal hands-on work unless necessary. **Responsibilities** + Manage work assignments for the maintenance team. + Create preventative maintenance schedules for the maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments. + Manage a team of 25 employees, including maintenance staff, mechanical engineers, supervisors, and planners. + Troubleshoot PLC issues. + Assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die when hands-on work is needed. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 8+ years of maintenance management/supervision experience. + Experience with plastics/injection molding. + Electrical experience with 480v three-phase systems. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Why Work Here?** First shift opportunity This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits starting on day one for salaried employees.
