Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Junction City’s Maintenance organization to ensure the smooth operation of flagship facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall health, reliability and life cycle management for warehouse assets including material handling equipment, supporting machines such as powered industrial trucks, balers, compactors, compressors, dock doors, HVAC as well as lighting, electrical and fire suppression systems. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of parts and supplies. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Facilities Management, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a distribution center or similar environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Benefits The annual base salary range is $90,000- $115,000/ year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
