**Line Mechanic – All Shifts Available** 💵 **Pay:** Up to $24.00/hour 🕒 **Schedule:** Hiring for all shifts **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious **Line Mechanic** to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems + Identify root causes and make adjustments to optimize machinery performance + Safely move, install, and maintain large production equipment + Operate and maintain a variety of machinery including bartelts, cartoners, auger fillers, cup fillers, conveyors, and robotic components + Disassemble, replace components, and reassemble machinery as needed + Work with electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase + Record maintenance activities using electronic maintenance software + Communicate effectively with Line Operators and Production Managers + Provide guidance and instruction to Line Operators on equipment use **Requirements:** + Mechanical experience in a work setting + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly + High attention to safety and detail + Strong teamwork and communication skills + Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems + Food manufacturing experience is a plus + Positive attitude and strong work ethic 📩 **Apply now to join a team that values your skills and offers room to grow!** ManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
