Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician

1st shift, M-F

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime. This is a hands-on role that offers a clear path to advancement into a Maintenance Manager position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion and thermoforming equipment.Troubleshoot and repair systems involving thermocouples, thermoformers, heaters, and control systems.Support production teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve equipment performance.

Troubleshooting skillsExperience as a Maintenance TechnicianKnowledge of mechanical systemsUnderstanding of hydraulics and pneumaticsElectrical systems expertise

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $78000.00/yr.
