**Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician** **1st shift, M-F** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime. This is a hands-on role that **offers a clear path to advancement into a Maintenance Manager position** for the right candidate. Responsibilities + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on **extrusion and thermoforming equipment.** + Troubleshoot and repair systems involving **thermocouples, thermoformers, heaters, and control systems.** + Support production teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage. + Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve equipment performance. Essential Skills + Troubleshooting skills + Experience as a Maintenance Technician + Knowledge of mechanical systems + Understanding of **hydraulics and pneumatics** + Electrical systems expertise **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $78000.00/yr.
