**Maintenance Lead** **Responsibilities** + Assist the maintenance supervisor with instructing employees. + Support new installations and modifications--including schematics. + Specify hardware, hydraulics, and pneumatics for new installations and modifications. + Act as a liaison to other departments and vendors/contractors. + Expedite repairs and coordinate communications with other departments. + Perform general maintenance mechanic duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Hydraulics and troubleshooting. + Mechanical skills and supervision abilities. + Commitment to safety. + Experience in electrical systems and maintenance management. **Why Work Here?** Yearly profit sharing from 10-16% with a peak of 25%, 3 weeks of vacation starting off, 3 sick days, and 1 PTO day. 401(k) plan with 50% matching up to 6%. **Work Environment** The position is on the 1st shift, working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and the flexibility to work 10 or 12-hour shifts. OT every other Saturday is likely. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position near Waukesha, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52915.20 - $79414.40/yr.
