**Job Title: Maintenance Lead - 3rd Shift** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Lead to join our team. The position involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing food machinery. You will work on conveyors, ovens, heaters, chillers, baggers, fillers, coolers, and packaging machinery. This role requires 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work, and includes troubleshooting PLCs, as well as setting up and modifying machinery. Responsibilities + Perform preventative maintenance and repair of food machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, ovens, heaters, chillers, baggers, fillers, coolers, and packaging machinery. + Conduct 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work. + Troubleshoot and program PLCs. + Set up and modify machinery as needed. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic working on conveyors, packaging, heaters, ovens, baggers, fillers, etc. + Strong mechanical skills with a good understanding of electrical systems. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the food industry is preferred, but candidates from industrial, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors will also be considered. + Welding or machining experience is a plus.
