Job Description
As a Maintenance Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operation and cleanliness of a facility. This position requires performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the facility is safe and functional.
ResponsibilitiesPerform various tasks related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including equipment and systems maintenance.Manage inventory and supplies effectively.Handle waste management and maintain cleanliness in common areas.Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate actions.Execute building cleaning operations in accordance with established cleaning standards.Monitor common areas, including parking and green areas, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.Conduct landscaping and snow removal to maintain the appearance and safety of common areas.Execute assigned work according to agreed workflows and safety guidelines.Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or malfunctioning equipment.Report and record recurring problems with facility/equipment for continuous improvement.Essential SkillsExperience in preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance.Proficiency in troubleshooting building maintenance issues.Competency in maintenance repair and HVAC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsGED or High School Diploma required.Minimum of 3 years of recent employment in relevant roles.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
