Job Description
The primary role is to repair, maintain, and improve all equipment associated with the production of die cast parts. This includes die cast machines, presses, robots, electric melting furnaces and pre-heaters, CNCs, and other related assembly equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair on die cast machines, presses, and related equipment.Troubleshoot and fix issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.Read and understand blueprints for equipment repair and maintenance.Utilize knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs for troubleshooting purposes.Troubleshoot and program Motoman and ABB robots.Engage in fabrication activities as needed.Essential Skills
Proficiency in maintenance repair, including electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Strong troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.Knowledge of Motoman and ABB Robots for troubleshooting and programming.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Journeyman Card preferred.Knowledge of fabrication techniques.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position offers shift flexibility with openings on both the 2nd shift (2:30 pm to 10:30 pm) and 1st shift (6:30 am to 2:30 pm). Employees work every other weekend, alternating between 56-hour and 40-hour weeks. The work involves maintaining a variety of equipment in a production environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $77459.00/yr.

This position is eligible for a signing bonus:
- $1,500 after completing 3 months (90 days)
