We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to support our Maintenance Foreman in keeping equipment and facility grounds running efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in maintenance and industrial operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipmentDiagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as bolts, valves, and fittingsMaintain inventory of tools and parts for routine maintenanceAdhere to all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)Perform additional plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance ForemanQualifications & Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently during the shiftMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsCapable of standing and walking up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfacesPrevious electrical experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits & Perks:Competitive pay ($20.00–$25.00/hr DOE)Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance after 60 days (Company covers 90% of medical; up to $1,500 deductible reimbursement)401(k) with company match after 1 yearWeekly pay via direct deposit or pay cardOpportunities for training, development, and career advancementWhy Join Us:
