**Job Title: Maintenance Helper** Job Description Are you mechanically inclined and looking to start a rewarding career in industrial maintenance? This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates of technical programs (such as Cumberland Perry’s Automation Program), automotive/diesel mechanics, construction tradespeople, and service technicians with experience using hand and power tools. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on warehouse automation equipment, including: + Powered industrial equipment + MDR band-driven conveyors + Central drive flat belt and V-belt conveyors + Pop-up diverts and bomb bay sorters + Barcode and vision-based inspection systems + Change batteries for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) + Maintain and repair conveyor belts, photo eye sensors, rollers, and PM shuttles/lifts + Assist with clearing jammed totes and ensuring facility maintenance standards are met **Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools + Experience in automotive, diesel, construction, or technical trades preferred + Willingness to learn and grow within a maintenance career path + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment **Apply Today!** Start your career in industrial maintenance with a team that values your skills and supports your growth. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
