Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable individual to support a variety of tasks throughout the foundry. This is a floating position, meaning you'll rotate through different areas and responsibilities based on daily needs.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with machine maintenance and repair (training provided).Operate power tools and other industrial equipment.Perform general labor tasks in a rugged, industrial environment.Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.Essential SkillsExperience with hand and power tools.Attention to detail.Ability to follow directions.Mechanical aptitude.Troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operation.Experience in maintenance repair.Familiarity with basic tools.Good attitude and willingness to learn in an industrial environment.Desire for long-term employment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is dirty, hot, and physically demanding. The position follows a Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM schedule, offering a consistent 4x10s workweek. During the initial training period, Thursdays end earlier at 2:30 PM, resulting in approximately 33 hours per week for the first few weeks. After training, employees have the flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed to reach a full 40-hour workweek.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
