**Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician** Job Description The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and functionality of industrial equipment and machinery, including washers, dryers, sorters, conveyors, and folding machines. The equipment is highly automated, requiring the ability to read schematics and possess high-level troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address issues effectively and in a timely manner. Responsibilities + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial equipment such as dryers, sorters, washers, and boilers. + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. + Repair equipment to minimize downtime and prevent future breakdowns. + Utilize knowledge in pneumatics, plumbing, and blueprint reading for maintenance tasks. + Engage in PLC troubleshooting to maintain equipment efficiency. Essential Skills + 4-6+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 3+ years of high-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Ability to read electrical schematics. The steam and dryer area may become hot at times, and machinery is large, necessitating proper precautions when working. The facility operates from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 PM to 4 AM, with staggered start times as needed.
