Maintenance / Engineering Manager | $135,000 annually | Mon to Friday  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay starting $135,000 annuallySchedule: Monday to Friday Location: Yadkinville, NCWork Type: Direct Hire Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for providing planning, direction, and coordination for all technical activities while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, facilities and direct technical support or coordinates technical services to ensure line efficiencies, safety and environmental requirements are met Responsibilities:Ensures preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and schedules are developed and followed for all relevant equipmentEnsures equipment parts are stocked and maintained to support equipment repairs and preventative servicesCoordinates or provides technical training to technical staff including developing machine specific technical instructionsPrepares and controls department annual expense budget, forecasts operating costs of department, and reporting of department budget results monthlyDevelops capital plan working with plant stakeholders and corporate engineeringMaintains records of plant equipment including specifications, design rates, and constraints. Develop and maintain master plans to improve plant technologies, including making, packing, warehouse, facilities, utilities, and power and controls.Own the Utilities systems at the plant. Partner with Manufacturing to ensure proper maintenance of all utility equipment including the use of standards. Develop and maintain models for utility usage on the site based key drivers to ensure utility efficiency. (Natural Gas, Electric, Steam, Water, Compressed Air).
