Are you a skilled and passionate maintenance professional with a knack for problem‑solving and a strong technical background? Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer II or III, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our hotel’s facilities, building systems, and equipment operating at peak performance.

Whether your expertise is in mechanical preventive maintenance, HVAC, kitchen equipment repair, electrical systems, plumbing, or general facility operations, we want your technical talent on our team.

Responsibilities Starting at $24/hour Qualifications  Engineer II: 2–5 years of experience in commercial, institutional, hotel, or facility maintenance.Engineer III: 4–7+ years of increasingly advanced experience in building systems, hotel engineering, or mechanical trades.Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.Experience with preventive maintenance programs and routine building inspections.Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and interior finish work.Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.Valid driver’s license preferred.Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50–100 lbs, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and performing hands‑on repair tasks in various environments.  Benefits
